Our Process

We begin sealcoating by removing debris and vegetation, then cleaning the pavement to ensure proper adhesion while filling in any cracks or potholes. Next, we tape off areas to protect them from the sealcoat. We mix a coal-tar-based or asphalt-based emulsion and apply it evenly using a spray system or squeegee, ensuring the recommended thickness. After allowing the sealcoat to dry and cure for 12 to 36 hours, we reapply necessary markings, parking lines, and other pavement signs.
